Generate is an insurance agency with a successful track record dating back to 2001 and a multidisciplinary company that brings together business, technology, education, marketing, legal and financial expertise. Our mission is to help clients make well-informed decisions, protect what matters to them and grow with confidence.
Why we do what we do
Insurance can often seem complicated: dozens of products, different terms from different insurance companies, exclusions, limits and deductibles that are easy to overlook when signing a contract. We see our job as making this field understandable. Clients should know what they are protected against, how much it costs and what to do if something goes wrong.
For us, it is not just about issuing a single policy. We want to understand what the task means to the client, what risks lie behind it and which solution will be useful not only today but in the long run. That is how we save our clients time, help them use their resources wisely and reduce uncertainty wherever it gets in the way of decisions.
Generate LLP (formerly General Re Insurance Center LLP) has been operating since September 2009. Over these years the company has gained practical experience, built a professional team and expanded its areas of activity, while keeping its insurance agency business among the core ones.

A link between clients and insurance companies
Generate works with all insurance companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This allows us to look at a client's needs more broadly than a single insurer's offer would, to compare terms and to find the option that fits their needs and budget.
As an insurance agency, we act within the authority granted to us by insurance companies. The terms of insurance, the premium rate, the decision to accept a risk, the recognition of an event as an insured event and the amount of any payout are determined by the insurance company. Our job is to make sure the client understands these terms before signing, prepares the documents correctly and is never left alone with the insurer when an insured event occurs.
Our work also benefits insurance companies: they receive well-prepared clients, correctly completed applications and clear communication. The industry magazine «Strakhovoy Polis» recognised the company as the No. 1 insurance agency in Kazakhstan, and we see this as recognition of an approach we continue to develop.

Development
Technology as a tool, not an end in itself
We develop digital tools that make interaction simpler and services more accessible: online premium calculation, tenders among insurance companies, a personal account with your policies and an AI consultant that answers questions about insurance and business around the clock. The company's website and materials are available in three languages: Russian, Kazakh and English.
Analytics is a separate area of our work. The company uses its own methodology that evaluates more than 250 criteria of legal and financial stability, helping clients choose reliable partners. Educational projects and information materials help clients keep up with changes in legislation and the market.
